摘要
在甲醛存在下,高锰酸钾与氨基比林能够发生化学发光反应,产生很强的化学发光,由此建立了一种测定氨基比林的流动注射化学发光分析法。方法的检出限为3.0×10-5g/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%(4.0×10-3g/L氨基比林,n=11),线性范围为1.0×10-4~8.0×10-2g/L氨基比林。该法已用于安痛定注射液中氨基比林含量的测定。
The chemiluminescence reaction of amidopyrine potassium permanganate with formaldehyde as an enhancer was investigated by flow injection system.A new method for the determination of amidopyrine is reported.The detection limit is 3.0×10 -5 g/L,the relative standard deviation is 1.3%(4.0×10 -3 g/L amidopyrine,n=11).The linear range is 1.0×10 -4 ~8.0×10 -2 g/L amidopyrine.The method has been applied to the determination of amidopyrine in the Antogding injection.
