摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱技术,以μ-BondapakC18作固定相,CH3OH/THF/H2O作流动相,对鱼油中的二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)进行了分离纯化,制备溶液经减压蒸馏,乙酸乙酯萃取后所得EPA和DHA质量分数可分别达到98%和86%以上。 In this paper, Preparative HPLC method for EPA and DHA in fish oil was studied. Using fatty acid ethyl esters asrawmaterials,the composition of mobile phase of methanol/tetrahydrofuran/water was optimized.Under appropriate chromatographic conditions and cutting interval, a product containing 98.35% EPA or 86.59% DHA could be obtained, the recoveries were 57.72% and 52.30% respectively.Distillation and solvent extraction methods of HPLC fractions were studied also.
