摘要
基于pH4.0的弱酸性介质中铁离子对过氧化氢氧化固绿FCF褪色反应的催化作用,提出了催化褪色光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。研究了该方法的适宜反应条件,方法的检出限为9.7×10-7gFe(Ⅲ)/L,线性范围为0-1.5μgFe(Ⅲ)/25mL,方法用于水中痕量铁的测定,结果满意。
Based on catalytic effect of iron ion on oxidizing decolorization of fast green FCF by hydrogen peroxide in a weakly acidic medium at pH4.0,a new method has been developed for the determination of trace iron by catalytic decolorizing spectrophotometry.The correct condition of the method has been studied.The detection limit and liner range are 9.7×10 -7 g Fe(Ⅲ)/L and 0-1.5μgFe(Ⅲ)/25mL respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of trace iron in water with satisfactory result.
