摘要
以钼酸铵-Sb3+-抗坏血酸为显色体系,详细考察了磷、硅的锑钼蓝杂多酸络合物的最佳形成条件,据此建立了多波长线性回归分光光度法同时测定磷、硅的新方法。该方法操作简便、快速,对多种环境水样中痕量磷、硅测定的相对标准偏差小于5%。测定结果与利用光度法分别测定的结果相吻合,相对误差小于10%。
Multi wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry has been used to determine phosphorus and silicon simultaneously by using the multicomponent complexes of phosphorus and silico antimonomolybdate blue in aqueous phase. The optimum conditions were investigated in detail. This method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of phosphrous and silicon in different natural water samples with satisfactory results.
