摘要
研究了二磺基苯基荧光酮(DSFF)与铝的显色反应,在pH=4.6HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,非离子型微乳液存在下,DSFF和Al(Ⅲ)生成2∶1紫色络合物,λmax=610nm,ε=1.43×105L·mol-1·cm-1。方法用于环境水样中铝的测定,结果满意。
Color reaction of disulfonylphenylfluorone(DSFF)with aluminium was studied.In the presence of nonionic microemulsion and pH=4.6 HAc NaAc buffer solution,DSFF can react with Al(Ⅲ) to form an 2∶1 stable complex.The molar absorptivity is 1.43×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 610nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-3μg/25mL.This method can be applied to the determination of aluminium in water with satisfictory results.
