摘要
本文研究了一种新型尾式卟啉吡啶季铵盐5-[4-(4-吡啶丁氧基)苯基]-10,15,20-三(4-氯苯基)卟啉溴化物与锌的反应条件。pH=10.0,在吡啶存在下,于沸水浴中加热15min,其与Zn2+形成1∶1配合物,其最大吸收波长位于428.6nm,在此条件下试剂的最大吸收波长在418.2nm,相差10nm,配合物摩尔吸光系数4.64×105L·mol-1·cm-1,锌在0—1.2μg/10mL范围内符合比耳定律,相关系数r=0.9888,本法是目前报道的分光光度法测定锌的最灵敏方法之一。
The reactive condition of a new tailed porphyrin pyridine quaternary ammonium salt5 [4 (4 pyridinium butoxy) phenyl] 10, 15, 20 tri(4 chlorophenyl) porphyrin bromide with Zinc (Ⅱ) was studied. The complex is formed on the condition of pH=10.0, pyridine and boiling water bath for 15 min. The warelength of maximum absorbance of complex lies at 428.6nm,reagent lies at 418.2nm. The contrast is about 10nm. The molar absorptivity is 4.64×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-1.2μg/10mL for zinc(Ⅱ). Correlation coefficient is 0.9888. It is one of the most sensitive methods in determination of zinc that have ever been reported in spectrophotometry.
