用吸收光谱研究甲苯胺蓝及在表面活性剂中的聚合状态

Study on the Aggregation of Topuidine Blue in Agueous Solution

应用紫外－可见吸收光谱研究了生化试剂甲苯胺蓝在不同浓度时的聚合状态以及添加不同浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠时溶液状态的变化，同时也分析了无机盐添加剂对吸收光谱的影响。结果表明：甲苯胺蓝的聚合状态与各种添加剂均有关系。

The aggregation of the Topuidine Blue(TB) has been studied by UV VIS absorption spectra. The ratio of monomer and dimmer TB is effected by the concentrations of TB and the added anionic surfactant(DBS).Addition of inorganic salt(NaCl) has a enhenced effect on DBS.
