Determination of Sucrose Fatty Acid Esters by HPLC and Thin - layer Chromatography Scanning

采用薄层色谱（ＴＬＣ）扫描法和高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）定性及定量地分析了蔗糖脂肪酸酯的组分。这两种方法的测定结果基本一致，而ＨＰＬＣ与ＴＬＣ相比，则更具快速、灵敏。

The determination of the components of sucrose fatty acid esters by TLC scanning and HPLC is described. Determination results were identical on the whole for the two methods. These two methods can be used for the determination of sucrose fatty acid ester. Furthermore, in comparison with TLC method, HPLC method is more fast, sensitive and accurate.
