以环氧氯丙烷作交联剂合成了一种非水溶性的β-环糊精聚合物,用该聚合物作固定相研制成了柱效高、热稳定性好的玻璃SCOT柱,对丁醇异构体,二取代苯异构体,龙脑、异龙脑顺反异构体和旋光异构体进行了分离。
A water _ insoluble β _ cyclodextrin polymer with epichlorohydrin as the crosslinking agent has been synthesized. The polymer was then employed as stationary phase of a highly effcient and thermally stable capillary SCOT column. Geometrical and optical isomers, such as butanol isomers, di _ substituted benzene isomer, borneol and isoborneol cis _ trans isomers, as well as some other antimers, can be satisfactorily separated on this column.
