摘要
研究了稀土Yb(Ⅲ)对Luminol-H2O2-Cr(Ⅲ)体系化学发光的熄灭效应,在此基础上建立了稀土Yb的流动注射化学发光分析法。该法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,仪器设备简单。
A method of flow injection chemiluminescence analysis for the determination of rare earth Yb(Ⅲ)ion is presented. It is based on the quenching effect of Yb(Ⅲ) ion in the chemiluminescence system of Luminol-H2O2 -Cr(Ⅲ). The detection limit and linear range are 3×10-2 μmol·L-1 and 0.1~100 μmol·L-1 Yb(Ⅲ), respectively, the relative standard deviation is less than 3%(for 0.2 μmol·L-1 Yb(Ⅲ),n=11). The method developed was applied to the determination of Yb(Ⅲ) in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
