摘要 从鸡蛋黄中提取了磷脂酰胆碱(PC),用测定其水溶液的表面张力和电导的方法确定其临界胶束浓度为1.51×10^(-3)mol/1. The CMC of phosphatidylcholine was obtained by determinating the surface tension and conductivity of aqueous solution.The CMC is 1.51× 10^(-3)mol/1.Phophatidylcholine was extracted from hen's eggs.
