浮针治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Superficial Needle Therapy in Patients with the Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

目的:观察浮针治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将54例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为浮针组27例和注射组27例,分别进行浮针治疗和注射治疗,治疗前、治疗15分钟后、治疗2周后应用VAS对疼痛进行评估,治疗2周后进行综合疗效评价。结果:与治疗前比较,浮针治疗15分钟后疼痛开始显著轻减(P<0.05),注射组在治疗2周后疼痛显著减轻(P<0.05);与注射组比较,浮针组在治疗后15分钟止痛效果显著(P<0.05);浮针和注射疗法对第3腰椎横突综合征均有疗效,浮针疗法的疗效优于注射疗法。结论:浮针对第三腰椎横突综合征疗效显著,即时止痛效果明显。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effects superficial needle therapy in patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods：54 patients were randomly divided into superficial needle therapy group（27 cases） which received superficial needle treatment and injection group（27 cases） which received injection treatment.Pain was evaluated before treatment,after 15 minutes and after 2 weeks by VAS.The quality synthetic evaluation of curative effect was carried on after 2 weeks.Results：Compared to before treatment,the pain began to reduce significantly lighter in superficial needle group after 15 minutes（P〈0.05）,and the pain significantly reduced in injection group after 2 weeks （P〈0.05）.Compared to injection group,the treatment analgesic effect was significantly in superficial needle group after 15 minutes（P〈0.05）.The curative effect is definite by the two groups,but the curative effect is more remarkably by superficial needle therapy.Conclusion：Superficial needle therapy has special effects to treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome and immediate analgesic effect.
