摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定人参鹿茸丸中补骨脂、异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:采用大连依利特HypersilODS-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长:246 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min。结果:补骨脂素在0.026 3～0.316 1μgr,=0.999 9,平均加样回收率98.32%;异补骨脂素在0.02908～0.3489μgr,=0.9999,平均加样回收率97.74%;范围内线性关系良好。结论:本方法操作简便、方法可靠、结果准确、灵敏度高、重现性好、可用于该制剂的质量控制。
To establish a method to determine psoralen and isopsoralen in RenShen LuRong pills.Methods：Using MeOH-water（55∶45） as mobile phase,Hypersil C18 column was used to detect wavelength（246 nm） and the flow rate（1.0 mL.min-1）.Result： The calibration curves for psoralen and isopsoralen were linear over the range of 0.026 3～0.3161 μg（r=0.9999） and 0.029 08 ～0.348 9 μg（r=0.9999） respectively.The recoveries were 98.32% and 97.74% respectively.Conclusion：RP-HPLC method with high sensitivity and good reproducibility is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine the quality of RenShen LuRong pills.
