2009年度甘肃省中医院骨科住院患者(兰州市居民)病种调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Diversity Tendency of Orthopaedic Inpatient(LanZhou Residents) of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM in 2009

目的:通过调查甘肃省中医院2009年度骨科住院患者病种,分析其变化规律,为骨科人力、物力、财力的配备和可持续发展提供科学依据。方法:采用ICD-10编码为标准进行分类,由统一培训的调查员调取医院2009年骨科住院患者的病历资料,内容包括性别、年龄、住院天数、入院途径、疾病诊断等,资料运用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行分析。各疾病均以第一诊断为主要诊断进行统计,合并其他诊断时以第一诊断为准。结果:骨折、腰椎间盘突出症、骨创伤、骨关节炎、颈椎病排前5名,占骨科患者88.45%;骨折高发年龄3～20岁,18.20%骨折患者大于60岁,腰椎间盘突出症和颈椎病以41～60岁高发,40.62%畸形患者小于10岁;骨折、骨创伤男性高发;30.54%骨创伤患者急诊入院;平均住院日(20.47±8.42)天。结论:骨科高发病种依次为骨折、腰椎间盘突出症、骨创伤、骨关节炎、颈椎病;通过病种变化规律分析,应加强高发病种的人力、物力、财力配备和支持,适应发展需要。

Objective：To investigate Gansu province Chinese medicine hospital inpatient orthopedic disease in 2009,to analyze the diversity tendency and to provide scientific basis for orthopedics manpower,material,equipment and financial resources and sustainable development.Methods：Using ICD-10 codes as classification standard,investigators unified training inquired records of hospitalized patients in 2009 orthopedic hospital medical,including：gender,age,length of stay,admission route,and disease diagnosis.The data was analysed with SPSS13.0 software package for Student＇s t test.The first diagnosis of the disease is the main diagnostics statistics,including combined with other diagnosis.ResultsI：n the top five orthopedic： fractures,disc herniation,bone trauma,osteoarthritis and cervical spondylosis,accounting for 88.45%;the high age of fracture is 3-20 years,18.20% fracture patients over 60 years;lumbar disc herniation and cervical spondylosis with 41-60 year-old;40.62% deformity in patients with less than 10 years of age;fracture and bone trauma of male high;30.54% patients with bone trauma was admitted by emergency;the average length of stay is（20.47±8.42）day.Conclusion：The high incidence of orthopedic species in turn were fractures,disc herniation,bone trauma,arthritis and cervical spondylosis.The high incidence of species of human,material,equipment and financial support should be strengthened for the developing needs on the basis of the diversity tendency.
