摘要
SUS630马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢具有和304型不锈钢相同的耐蚀性能,强度高、韧性好、加工性能好。但该类钢组织与性能对化学成分和热处理制度十分敏感,焊接性能和冷加工性较差。在透平压缩机一级叶轮试用此材料,根据要求对SUS630钢的焊接进行了可焊性试验,取得了满意效果。
SUS630 martensitic stainless steel has the same anticorrosion property with 304 steel. It also has the properties of high strength, good ductility and maehinability. But, the metallurgical structure and properties of this steel are sensitive to its chemical com- position and heat treatment. Thus, its weldability and cold machinability are relatively poor. This material was applied in turbine com- pressor in a trial, and based on the requirements in relevant standard, the weldability test with this steel was carried out.
