摘要
目的:探讨硫酸铜比重法在无偿献血者血红蛋白筛选中的应用。方法:比较硫酸铜比重法和血细胞分析仪测定结果。结果:硫酸铜比重法和血细胞分析仪测定结果有显著性差异。女性献血者Hb不合格率为8.48%,男性献血者Hb不合格率为1.05%,2者有显著性差异。结论:利用硫酸铜比重法进行无偿献血者血红蛋白筛选,已不适合于流动献血车的工作模式。
Objective：To study the application of CuSO4-Density in the screening of volunteer-donators hemoglobin level.Methods：Compared the result of two assays： CuSO4-Density and Hematology Analyzer.Results：The results of CuSO4-Density and Hematology Analyzer were significant difference（P0.05）.In female donors Hb failure rate was 8.5%,in male blood donors was 1%,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of CuSO4-Density on Hb level is unfit for mobile blood collection vehicle.
