急诊科护士继续教育现状调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis of Continuing Education Among Nurses Working in Emergency Department

目的:通过对我院急诊科护士继续教育现状的调查分析,为进一步提高继续护理学教育质量提供依据。方法:采用方便取样法,自行设计调查表,对31名急诊护士进行调查、统计和分析。结果:我科护士在接受了继续护理学教育后主要在应急处理及业务能力的提高上得到很大帮助;对内容和形式较满意,对时间安排的满意度不高;对继续教育内容的要求依次为专科知识技能、应急处理能力、沟通技巧、法律法规;培训方式上主要选择了操作演示、专题讲座、集中培训分组练习的方式;影响因素主要集中在听课时间段忙于工作;对授课人员的希望分别是外请专家及高年资护士。结论:对现状进行分析,充实继续教育内容,开展多种形式的护士继续教育,使急诊护士继续教育更具实效性。

Objective：To investigate present situation of continuing education among nurses in emergency department and to found the evidence of enhancing education quality.Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was conducted to 31 nurses in emergency department by convenience sampling.Results：The capability of managing emergency cases was improved significantly after continuing education.Nurses were satisfied with the content and style of the continuing education and not satisfied with the appointment of it.Specialty skills such as knowledge,capability of managing cases,communication,laws and regulation in emergency department were desired among the nurses.The training styles were technical manipulation training,lectures and practising in teams.The influencing factor was concentrated on the contradiction of lecture time and work time.Specialists froms other places and senior nurses were expected.Conclusion：Enriching the content and developing multi-styles can make the continuing education among nurses in emergency department more effected.
