循证护理在脑血管介入术后并发症的应用

Application of Evidence-Based Nursing on the Complications After Interventional Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探讨循证护理对降低脑血管介入术后并发症发生率的护理效果。方法:回顾性分析比较240例脑血管介入术后患者并发症状况。对对照组80例采用常规护理。对观察组160例施行循证护理,运用循证护理理念,找出常规护理存在问题,针对问题查阅相关资料和文献的直接和间接实证,并进行分析、归纳、结合临床实践,制定出护理方案并实施。结果:观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:循证护理可以有效预防、早期发现并及时处理脑血管介入治疗并发症,降低并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the nursing care effect of performing evidence-based nursing on the complications of interventional treatment.Methods：Analyzed 240 cases,80 cases of routine nursing care were control group,and 160 cases were observer group.The later group was cared with evidenced-based nursing：found out deficiency in routine nursing and pinpointed the problems and accessed to relevant information and documentation of direct and indirect evidence and analysis,got conclusions and combined with clinical practice,decided the nursing programs.Results：The incidence of complications in observed Group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The complications of interventional treatment can be prevented effectively and detected early and treated timely with evidence-based nursing.
