摘要
职工民主管理是基层民主政治建设的重要内容,是充分调动一切积极因素,建设和谐企业的重要措施,这项工作在很大程度上是依靠职工代表来承担。加强职工代表管理,提高职工代表素质,发挥好职工代表的作用,有利于提高职代会的质量和企业民主管理的水准。
Workers’ democratic management is the vital content of democracy construction at the basic level.And it is the important measure to building a harmonious enterprise.In order to improve the quality of worker＇s congress and democratic management in an enterprise,it is of vital significance to strengthen the management to the representatives of workers and better their quality.
