1,2双(1-甲基咪唑-2-硫基)乙烷的重排和结构鉴定

REARRANGEMENT AND STRUCTURAL IDENTIFICATION OF 1,2-BIS(1-METHYLIMIDAZOLE-2 THIO)ETHANE

本文报导了从合成1,2—双(1—甲基咪唑—2—硫基)乙烷Ⅱ中得到的新化合物1,2双(1,3—二氢-1-甲基-2-硫代咪唑—3基)乙烷Ⅲ.Ⅲ系Ⅱ之重排物,其结构通过元素分析、NMR、IR、UV 予以鉴定.还发现Ⅲ能与 Hg^(2+),Au^(3+)迅速配位.Ⅱ与 uo_2^(2+)配位.

This paper reports the synthesis of the new compound Ⅲ from that of 1,2-bis(1-methylimidazole-2-shio)ethane Ⅱ. It has been found that Ⅲ comes from the rearrangement of Ⅱ.It was identified by elemental analysis,carbon-13 NMR,proton NMR, IR,UV spectra. It has also been found that Ⅲ can coordinate with Hg(Ⅱ),Au (Ⅲ)ions.
