摘要
蚕蛹资源丰富,用途广泛。介绍了蚕蛹的主要营养成分和生理功能,蚕蛹蛋白的制备方法和开发利用研究现状,指出了蚕蛹蛋白加工业存在的主要问题和应用前景。
The silkworm chrysalis resources were rich and were widely used. In this paper, the main nutrient content, physiological function, preparation method, development and utilization of silkworm chrysalis were analyzed. In addition, the main problems of processing industry and application prospect for silkworm chrysalis protein were put forward.
