摘要 考察了不同冷凝温度对同时蒸馏萃取前处理法测定烟叶中致香物质的影响,结果表明,在控制其他条件不变的情况下,不同冷凝温度对冷凝速度和冷凝后的液体温度都有影响,进而对测定烟叶中致香物质有一定的影响,因此保持相同的冷凝温度,在同时蒸馏萃取前处理技术测定烟叶中致香物质时是很必要的。 The effects of cooling temperature on determination of aroma components of tobacco leaf by simultaneous distillation and extraction were studied. The result showed that the condensation rate and the condensed liquid temperature were effected obviously in different cooling temperature,then the determination of the aroma components of tobacco leaf were effected too. So it's necessary to keep the same cooling temperature when the aroma components of tobacco leaf were determinated by simultaneous distillation and extraction.
