摘要
建立微波消解—氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时测定海产品中砷、汞的方法,并对仪器工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择。砷和汞的质量浓度分别在0~10ng/mL和0~2.0ng/mL线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9996;砷和汞的检出限分别为0.06ng/mL和0.05ng/mL,变异系数分别为0.58%和1.36%,砷和汞回收率分别为89.40%~103.3%和84.55%~93.01%。应用该方法分析海产品中砷和汞含量是可行的。
A method for the simultaneous determination of As and Hg in sea-foods by combined atomic fluorescence spectrometry and microwave digestion has been developed. Operation parameters and conditions were optimized and selected. Linearity range for the determination of As was found to be 0~10 ng/mL and for Hg to 0~2.0 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient for As was 0.999 5 and 0.999 6 for Hg. The detection limit of As and Hg was 0.06 ng/mL and 0.05 ng/mL respectively. The RSD of As and Hg were separately 0.58% and 1.36%. The recovery rates of As and Hg were 89.40%~103.3% and 84.55% ~93.01%. The method for the simultaneous detection of As and Hg in sea-foods was practicable.
