介绍了企业薪酬制度发展历程,分析了中央企业薪酬管理面临的形势和问题,通过思考,提出坚持依法治企,按照"效率优先,兼顾公平"的收入分配方针,加强内部薪酬管控力度,规范收入分配管理,强化企业内部压力传递机制和激励机制,提高薪酬管理成效的具体对策。
The history of enterprise salary management development is introduced.The condition problem in central enterprise salary management are analyzed.In accordance with the distribution policy of efficiency comes first with due consideration to fairness, specific countermeasure is put forward to strengthen internal salary management,regulate income distribution management,strengthen internal pressure transition excitation mechanism,improve the management efficiency of salary management.
