对陕西省电力公司推广应用《国家电网公司生产技能人员职业能力培训规范》的具体思路和目标进行了阐述,并以配电专业测评试点为例,从建立培训、测评、激励和改进的闭环管理工作系统入手,介绍了生产技能人员岗位能力测评的具体做法。
Specific thought target of implementing State Grid Corp.Production Skilled Personnel Post Capability Training Regulation in Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation are elaborated.By taking distribution power specialty as example,started from the closed-link system of training,assessment,excitation improvement,the specific practice is introduced in assessing production skilled personnel post capability.
