750kV变压器油滤出蜡状物质的原因分析

摘要 对高真空滤油机过滤750 kV超高压变压器油析出蜡状物质1、2、4—三唑的原因及来源进行分析。指出高真空滤油机过滤变压器油析出1、2、4—三唑的现象属于变压器油内的物理反应,不会对变压器的安全运行造成影响;滤油时应控制真空度,可避免类似现象的发生。并对滤油后析出和未析出蜡状物质的油样做电气交接油化试验,结果表明析出蜡状物质1、2、4—三唑对油品的电气性能无不利影响。 The reason and sources of wax does(1,2,4 triazole) filtered by high vacuum filter in 750kV transformer oil are analyzed.It is pointed out that the above-mentioned phenomenon is internal physical reaction of transformer oil,shall have no effect upon the safe operation of transformer.It is suggested to control vacuum degree to avoid the occurrence of above-mentioned phenomenon. Electric handover oil test is conducted to oil samples with and without filtered wax does.The result shows that filtered wax does(1,2, 4 triazole) has no adverse effect upon the electric performance of oil.
