摘要
分析了某供热公司3台SHL20T-1.6/350-AⅡ燃煤供热锅炉过热器爆管原因,找出了锅炉补给水处理再生工艺存在的问题。通过改变补给水处理再生工艺,采用铵、钠盐混合液再生钠床的方式,降低了炉水中的碱含量,解决了过热器爆管问题。
The reasons of pipe explosion occurred on 3 sets SHL20T-1.6/350-AII coal-fired heat supply boilers are analyzed.The problems existed in boiler feedup water regeneration technology are found out.The problems are solved through changing the regeneration technology of feedup water,using regenerated sodium bed with ammonium-sodium solution to reduce the alkali content in boiler water.
