高职酒店管理专业创业教育的探索与思考

The Thinking and Exploration of Enterprise Education for Higher Vocational Hotel Management Major

创业教育是社会经济发展对教育领域提出的必然要求,创业教育与职业教育有机融合是职业教育的发展趋势。本文探讨了高职创业教育的内涵,以酒店管理专业为例,从人才培养目标定位、课程设置、教学方法、实践活动、校园环境等方面总结了创业教育的实践探索,并简要分析了高职创业教育中应把握的几个关键问题。

The enterprise education is requested of education by the development of society.It is the developing trend that the enterprise education combines with the professional education.The paper discusses the connotation of higher vocational enterprise education.Taking the hotel management major for example,it states the practice exploration of enterprise education in higher vocational education from the aspects of the research on undergraduates＇s training goal orientation,curriculum,teaching method,practice and campus environment.It also briefly analyses some key problems existed in higher vocational education.
