摘要
超声波流量计是一种利用超声波来测量流体流量的速度式流量仪表,它从80年代开始进入我国工业生产和计量领域,并在90年代得到迅速发展。本文对我国国内市场上常用的时差式超声波流量计的工作原理进行分析,得出了计量精度提高的关键和具体方法。
The ultrasonic flow meter is a speed-type flow meter,which uses ultrasonic wave to measure the flow of liquid.It entered the industrial production and measurement domain in our country in the 1980s,and greatly developed in the 1990s.Through the analysis on the time ultrasonic flow meters' principle which are mostly used in our country,this paper points out the keys and specific methods for improving accuracy.
