摘要
以酶解木质素为原料,与环氧氯丙烷和三乙胺反应,合成酶解木质素基环氧树脂。以合成的木质素基环氧树脂为基体,蒙脱土为增强材料,采用插层复合法制备了酶解木质素基复合材料。通过红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射对产物进行表征,表明酶解木质素基环氧树脂已成功插层到蒙脱土片层间。
Lignin-based epoxy resin was prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis lignin,epichlorohydrin and triethylamine.Based on the resin with the montmorillonite as reinforcing material,the lignin-based composite material was acquired by the intercalation compounding method.The nanocomposite material was characterized by IR and XRD.The results indicated that the lignin-based epoxy resin had reacted with montmorillonite between the layers.
