乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族农民工体育锻炼的现状

The Current Situation Investigation on the Uygur Migrant Workers of the Physical Training in Urumqi

采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法,对乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族农民工体育活动的现状进行分析。结果表明:由于体育设施不足、闲暇时间少、工作强度大导致维吾尔族农民工参与锻炼内容单一、技术含量低、缺乏社会指导,总体上处于较低的水平。并就加强政府组织领导,加大宣传力度,改善体育设施,规范社会体育指导员制度等方面提出建议,以更好的促进维吾尔族农民工参与体育锻炼。

This paper analyses the current situation of the Uygur migrant workers sports activities in Urumqi, through the methods of questionnaire, interview, documentary. The results shows： because of being lack of sports facilities, less leisure time, intense work load, the Uygur migrant workers participation in exercise is character by simple content, low technical content, lack of instruction of society,thus the whole sports activities of the Uygur migrant workers at a low level. In order to better promote the Uygur migrant workers to participate in physical exercise, some suggestions are proposed on strengthening the Official organization leading, enlarging the propaganda ,improving sports facilities and regulating the system of social sports instructor and so on.
