摘要 概述了基于SG3525的直流升压电源系统的设计方案。对主电路、PWM波产生电路、驱动电路和保护电路进行了详细的研究和设计。PWM波的产生以SG3525为核心实现,驱动电路采用EXB841实现。最后用MAT-LAB/Simulink软件,对电路进行了仿真实验,实验结果证明设计方法正确,电路设计简洁有效,设计结果能达到预定的要求。 A design scheme of DC boost circuit based on SG3525 is summarized. It's researched and designed about the main circuit, the PWM wave producing circuit,the driving circuit and the protecting circuit, the PWM wave producing circuit is based on SG3525. The EXB841 is used to design the driving circuit. In the end,the simulation of the circuit is carried by MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation has proved that the design method is fight, the circuit is succinct and efficient. The results can achieve the goal.
