摘要
信息化战争中炮兵作战方式将向远程精确打击转变。为科学评估炮兵远程精确打击能力,对炮兵远程精确打击能力体系进行系统分析,建立了评估指标体系。利用模糊综合评估的方法,建立了炮兵远程精确打击能力的二级模糊综合评估模型。并提出用GA-AHP法构造修正判断矩阵的准则函数,直接计算满足一致性的指标权重。给出了评估实例,实验结果表明,该模型能为炮兵部队建设提供科学、合理的指导。
Artillery operational way will change to long-range precision attack in going information war. To assess the long-range precision attack ability of artillery scientifically, the paper analyzes its long-range precision attack ability system, establishes the index system of assessment. By using the method of fuzzy comprehensive valuation, It constructs a two-layer fuzzy decision model for it and suggests that with the GA-AHP method establish rule function of the matrix that revises to judgment matrix, calculates the index weight directly. Experiment result shows that this model is scientific and reasonable for artillery.
