遮荫对头花蓼形态和生理指标的影响

Effects of Shading on Morphological and Physiological Indexes of Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don

研究了不同遮荫条件下头花蓼形态、光合色素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、叶片含水量的变化.结果表明,与全光照相比,遮荫条件下头花蓼叶片增大变薄;对光合色素的影响显著,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量显著增加,而叶绿素a/b值显著降低;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量显著降低;叶片含水量显著增加.

Changes in morphology,photosynthetic pigment content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,proline content and water content of the leaves of P.capitatum in different shading treatments were studied.The results showed that compared with the control（100% of sunlight）,the shading treatments made the leaves of the plants larger and thinner,significantly increased the contents of chlorophyll and carotene and decreased the ratio of Chl a/Chl b and soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline contents,while water content of the leaves was increased obviously by shading.
