运用文献资料法和逻辑思维的方法提出了和谐体育的概念和内涵,从体育的价值呈现需要、体育可持续发展需要和体育均衡发展需要论述了和谐体育构建的必要性.根据体育得以和谐运行的系统要素,从体育环境、体育意识、体育资源、体育目标以及体育组成系统五个方面构建了和谐体育的框架体系,并从体育发展观、体育统筹发展、农村体育建设、体育法制建设等多方面探讨了和谐体育实现的途径.

This article puts forward the concept and connotation of harmonious sports with literature analysis and logic methods.It also expounds the necessity of constructing harmonious sport from the perspectives of worth realization,lasting and balance development of sports.The frame system of harmonious sport is constructed basing on environment,awareness,resources,objectives and components.Then the author discusses how to realize harmonious sports from the aspects of development,sports construction in rural areas,legislation construction,etc.
