麦穗鱼的血液学特征

Haematological Characterization of Pseudorasbora parva

断尾法取血对麦穗鱼进行血液研究,描述了各类血细胞并对白细胞分类计数,旨在为鱼类血液学和麦穗鱼基础生物学积累资料.结果表明:麦穗鱼多项血液学特征性别间无显著差异,其红细胞数量(2.00±0.23)×106/mm3,血红蛋白含量(64.93±6.13)g/L,血细胞压积35.89%±4.82%,平均红细胞体积(182.19±32.34)fL,红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(32.50±3.73)pg,红细胞血红蛋白含量(184.91±27.56)g/L.血栓细胞数量为(2.93±0.81)×104/mm3,血栓细胞计入和不计入时白细胞数量分别为(4.28±0.93)×104/mm3和(1.34±0.40)×104/mm3.

Blood were collected and haematological parameters of Pseudorasbora parvai were investigated as well as the difference between sexes in this study.Different kind of blood cells were described and based on these,the effect of differential leukocyte count were analyzed.Red blood cells contents（2.00±0.23）×106/mm3,haemoglobin concentration（64.93±6.13） g/L and hematocrit 35.89%±4.82% in the fish were measured;other haematological parameters such as mean cell volume（182.19±32.34） fL,mean cellular haemoglobin content（32.50±3.73） pg,and mean cell haemoglobin concentration（184.91±27.56） g/L were calculated.Thrombocytes contents（2.93±0.81）×104/mm3,including thrombocytes or not deeply influenced white blood cells contents.The white blood cells contents was（4.28±0.93）×104/mm3 and（1.34±0.40）×104/mm3 when thrombocytes was counted or counted out.The results indicated that there were no significant differences in each haematological parameter between sexes.
