学科教学论教师从教背景分析与专业化探讨——以贵州黔南民族师范学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 教师专业化相关问题已渗透到教师教育研究的各个方面,从教背景是教师专业成长的起点.结合教师的专业化标准、高师师资的专业分层和对学科教学论教师专业要求的讨论,对黔南民族师院学科教学论教师的从教背景进行了调查分析.结果表明:学历普遍偏低、缺乏职后培训、教育学知识漏缺、师资队伍缺乏相对的稳定是限制学科教学论教师专业化的突出问题,学校和教育主管部门对其现状认识不足是影响学科教学论教师专业化发展的主要原因,为此提出5点建议. Professional-related issues have penetrated into all aspects of the research on teacher's education,and teaching background is the starting point for teacher professional growth.This article investigated and analyzed the educational background of teachers in subject instructional theory in Qiannan Normal College with discussions on professional standards for teachers,professional stratification of college teachers and professional requirements of teaching methodology.The Results showed that the factors restricted teacher's professional growth in subject instructional theory were mainly four: educational level was lower generally,after-job training and pedagogical knowledge were lacked,and the teachers were unstable relatively.Colleges and education authorities' indifference contributed to this situation.So the authors provided five possible propositions to promote the teachers' professionalization.
