教育政策评估模型的构建研究

Research on the Construction of Education Policy Evaluation Model

随着政策越来越受到社会各界的重视与关注,政策科学的研究也在不断的深入。教育政策作为政策科学研究的重要部分,已经得到政府和社会各界的高度关注,但是有关其评估模型的理论与实证研究尚浅,因此本文借联合国教科文组织的青年农民工教育就业服务课题之契机,以基于青年农民工就业能力的教育政策为研究对象,在借鉴国内外评估模型的基础上,构建出适合我国国情的教育政策评估模型(PCPC模型)。

with all kinds of community pay more attention and concern to the policy,policy and scientific research is also in constant depth.Education policy as an important part of policy research,government and the community has been great concern,but on their assessment of the theoretical model and empirical research is still light.So this article use the opportunity for employment services issues to employability of young migrant workers based on education policy for the study by the UNESCO Education,based to draw on domestic and international evaluation model to build out of an Appropriate Education Policy Evaluation Model（PCPC model）.
