摘要
目的研究枸杞多糖(LBP)对高脂血症大鼠血脂及主动脉氧化应激的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养的方法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,将普通饲料喂养的大鼠设为正常对照组,成模大鼠随机分为高脂血症组、LBP低、中、高剂量组和辛伐他汀组,药物干预4周后,处死大鼠取血测定血脂,取主动脉测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)。结果 LBP低、中、高剂量组和辛伐他汀组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均较高脂组明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),各药物组MDA较高脂组明显下降,SOD、SOD/MDA均明显升高(均P<0.01)。结论 LBP能够降低高脂血症大鼠血脂TG、TC及LDL水平,改善高脂血症大鼠主动脉的氧化应激状态,延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective To study the effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP)on blood lipid and oxidative stress of aorta in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods The model of hyperlipidemia rats was induced by high-fat diet feeding for 4 weeks.Then the rats with normal diet feeding were the normal control group,the model of hyperlipidemia rats randomly divided into the hyperlipidemic groop and low,middle and high doses of LBP groups and simvastatin in group.The course of treatment lasted,then all rats were killed,and their blood was taken for measuring the levels of blood lipid,their aortas were extracted for measuring the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and maleic dialdehyde(MDA).Results The level of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the low,middle and high doses of LBP group and simvastatin in group was lower than that in the hyperlipidemia group(P0.05 or P0.01).The level of MDA in the different doses of LBP group and simvastatin in group was lower and SOD,SOD/MDA was higher than those in the hyperlipidemia group(P0.01).Conclusion LBP can decrease the levels of TG,TC and LDL of hyperlipidemia rats,clear away oxygen radicals and slow down the atherosclerosis of hyperlipidemia rats.
