摘要
目的检测MMP-13在大鼠退行性变腰椎间盘中的表达,探讨其在大鼠腰椎间盘退变中的作用。方法雄性大鼠24只,随机分为两组,实验组建立大鼠手术制备腰椎间盘退变模型,正常组不做处理,采用免疫组织化学方法检测两组椎间盘组织中MMP-13的表达。结果组织病理学显示实验组髓核细胞数目较正常组减少。实验组和正常组椎间盘组织中均有MMP-13的表达,实验组表达较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-13在腰椎间盘退变的过程中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To detect the expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-13 in the lumbar intervertebral disc of rats and investigate the role of Matrix Metalloproteinase-13 in the development of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.Methods Twenty four male rats were randomly divided into two groups.The groups were named normal group and experimental group which were operated to develop rat's lumbar degeneration disc model.The expression of MMP-13 was examined by the method of the immunohistochemistry.Results It was observed in histology that the cell in nucleus pulposus were reduced in experimental group.The positive expression of MMP-13 tissues of experimental group was significant higher than that in control group.The expression of MMP-13 protein in the experimental group was increased obviously(P0.05).Conclusion It plays critical roles for MMP-13 in the development of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.
