信息服务作为一个新兴的智力人才密集型现代服务业,需要大量的掌握信息技术、懂外语,并具备国际企业职业素养的人才来支撑。以职业为导向的信息服务型人才培养成了许多教育工作者研究的主题。分析了信息服务型人才培养的特点,给出了信息服务型人才培养模式、职业定位、校企合作基本形式,旨在探索从"学科—合逻辑性"到"就业—可雇佣性"人才培养模式的转化思路,为信息服务工程学科建设提供借鉴。

Information service industry,as a highly intellectual packed modern industry,needs the support of a large number of talents with a solid mastery of information technology and foreign languages and global enterprising experiences.The cultivation of career-oriented information service talents is becoming a major concern for educators.The features of information service talents are analyzed and the training mode,career orientation and basic university-enterprise cooperation approach are suggested with a purpose to explore a transition from discipline rationality to employment possibility to guide the construction of information service engineering discipline.
