摘要
4-Sustituted derivatives of Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridine were oxidized by nitric oxide donor isoamyl nitrite in CH3CN at room temperature to give the corresponding pyridine derivatives.When 4-substituted group was methyl,ethyl,phenyl respectively,4-nitrophenyl or 4-methoxyphenyl respectirely,it was preserved.But when the group was 2-furyl or 2-phenylethenyl,products partly removing substituent were produced.
