摘要
通过在双马来酰亚胺(BMI)中引入二元胺、环氧树脂(EP)、改性剂苯胺型VB衍生物(N-DVBA)及稀释剂苯基噁唑啉(POX)制成了适合无溶剂型增韧的双马来酰亚胺树脂。通过红外光谱法和差示扫描量热法及动态热机械分析等仪器研究了该改性双马来酰亚胺树脂的结构、反应程度和热稳定性。结果表明,稀释剂及低黏度环氧树脂的引入,对双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的黏度降低很多,浇注体也具有较好的力学性能,能够满足湿法缠绕成型工艺要求。
A solvent-free bismaleimide resin(BMI)was introducing by diamine,epoxy resin(EP),aniline-type VB derivatives(N-DVBA)as modifier and phenyl-oxazoline(POX).The structure,reaction process and thermal stability of the BMI were investigated by IR,DSC,DMA and so on.The results showed that the introduction of diluent and low viscosity EP decreased the viscosity of the BMI,which met the process requirement of wet winding,and the cured materials also had better mechanical properties.
