浇口大小对动态注射成型制品性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对动态注射条件下不同浇口注射试样的力学性能研究分析可知,其他工艺参数一定的情况下,大浇口下动态注射成型试样其力学性能比小浇口有一定提高;相对于稳态注射成型,动态注射时,浇口越小,伴随振动的加入试样的力学性能增加幅度越小。从不同浇口动态注射PP/CaCO3的DSC分析可以发现,小、中、大尺寸截面浇口注射情况下对应试样的熔点和结晶度都有依次增大的趋势。振动力场下,相对于小尺寸截面浇口,中、大尺寸截面浇口情况下碳酸钙分布稍细微和均匀。 Through the test and analysis of the mechanical properties of different inject gates injection samples under dynamic injection,when other process parameters unchanged,the mechanical properties of specimen molding in large-size inject gates displayed better than that of the small-size one.The dynamic injection of different inject gates,when compared with the static injection,the smaller the inject gate,the smaller range improved of the properties of the specimen.Compared with the DSC curves of PP/CaCO3 with different inject gates in dynamic injection,the melting point and the crystal degree of PP/CaCO3 in the smaller inject gate increased.Compared with the small injection gate,injected with medium and big injection gates can better dispersed the calcium carbonate.
