摘要
伴随着多校区办学模式的形成与发展,多校区大学德育既有优势,又面临体制机制复杂、文化整合困难、管理效率低以及与学生需求不相适应的难题和矛盾,这种状况主要是空间分散造成的,也有体制和利益等方面的原因,客观上影响了德育工作的实效性,需要我们正视现实,积极应对。
With the development of the model of running a multi-campus university,the moral education of a multi-campus university enjoys both its advantages and disadvantages concerning its complicated structural system,the difficulty of cultural integration,the low efficiency of management,and its poor competence to meet students’ demands.These problems result mainly from the separate placement of the campuses.They also come from the difficulties of its system and benefits,thus diminishing the efficiency of its moral education.These difficulties should be approached actively.
