随着我国经济不断发展,人们的消费需求增加,市场环境进一步规范,使我国酿酒行业呈现出一片繁荣的景象。以《酿酒科技》创刊30周年为背景,介绍了这30年来《酿酒科技》的发展历程以及所创造的累累硕果,并根据现阶段市场环境、消费者需求、自身发展过程中的经验总结,提出了对《酿酒科技》未来发展的展望。

With the rapid economic development in China, people＇s increasing consumption requirements, and further normalized market environ- ment, wine-making industry is booming. In this paper, the development process and the achievements of Liquor-making Science Technology in the past three decades was introduced in time of the 30th anniversary of its first publication.
