摘要
对曲酒生产过程中产生的黄浆水和甑底水进行综合利用,用于窖泥培养,不仅减少了废水的排放量,而且在培养和优化窖泥中起到很好的作用,提高了产品质量。
The comprehensive application of yellow seriflux and steamer bottom water （produced in the process of distillation） in the cultivation of pit mud could not only reduce wastewater emission but also play a good role in the cultivation and the optimization of pit mud. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
