摘要
桑基鱼塘作为传统的农业生态模式在我国南方蚕区延续至今,该模式开辟水、陆2个生态系统,形成陆基种桑→塘水养鱼→桑叶饲蚕→蚕沙喂鱼→塘泥培桑的循环性农业生产特征。简要综述了桑基鱼塘的演变历史、基本技术要素,进一步讨论认为桑基鱼塘生态系统符合循环经济的减量化、再利用和再循环原则,是我国南方蚕区蚕桑产业循环经济的典型模式。
As a traditional agro-ecological farming pattern, mulberry-base-fishpond has been practiced till now in Southern China. This farming pattern takes advantages of both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, characterized by circular agricultural productions as terrestrial base for mulberry cultivation→ pond for fish farming → mulberry leaves for silkworm raising → silkworm feces for feeding fish→ pond sludge for growing mulberry. This article introduces the developmental history and basic technological elements of mulberry-base-fishpond. Further examination led us to conclude that the mulberry-base-fishpond ecosystem is in line with circular economic principles of reduction, reusing and recycling. It is a typical pattern of circular economy of sericultural industry in South of China.
