不同酶制剂及其添加水平对土种牛育肥效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了不同添加水平的溢多利反刍酶、夏盛反刍酶和泰力酶对土种牛的育肥效果,结果表明:对照组的日增重和Ⅰ组、Ⅵ组差异显著(P<0.05),和Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅷ组差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅲ组的日增重和Ⅰ组差异显著(P<0.05),和对照组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅷ组、Ⅸ组差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅴ组和Ⅷ组的日增重均和对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅸ组差异极显著(P<0.01),其中,泰力酶的育肥效果最好,溢多利反刍酶和夏盛反刍酶育肥效果差别不明显。不同酶制剂中分别以Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅷ组即0.08%溢多利反刍酶组、0.15%夏盛反刍酶组、0.15%泰力酶组的育肥效果最好,日增重分别比对照组提高16.34%、25.74%、27.23%,日均收入分别比对照组提高56.82%、91.67%、97.73%,屠宰率分别比对照组提高2.54%、2.58%、3.58%,pH值差别不大,说明试验所用的酶制剂均对土种牛的生长发育具有一定的促进作用,经济效益明显。 The finishing effects of the level of overflow Victoria ruminant enzyme、xia'sheng ruminant enzyme 0.01).The finishing effects of TELI enzyme were better than that of overflow Victoria ruminant enzyme andXia'sheng ruminant enzyme,among which Ⅲ、 Ⅴ、 Ⅷ,namely 0.08% overflow Victoria ruminant enzyme、0.15% Xia'sheng ruminant enzyme and 0.15% TELI enzyme were better than other group.The average dailyand TELI enzyme on local cattle were researched.The results showed as follows: The average daily gain ofⅠ、 Ⅵ was higher than that of the contral group(P〈0.05).The average daily gain of Ⅱ、 Ⅲ、 Ⅶ、 Ⅷ wassignificantly higher than that of the contral group(P〈0.01).The average daily gain of Ⅲ was higher than thatof Ⅰ(P〈0.05) and significantly higher than that of the contral group 、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ(P〈0.01).The averagedaily gain of Ⅴ and Ⅷ were significantly higher than that of the contral group 、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ(P gain was higher than that of control group by 16.34%、25.74%、27.23%.The average daily income was higher than that of control group by 56.82% 、91.67% 、97.73%.The slaughter rate was higher than that of control group by 2.54% 、2.58% 、3.58%,respectively.PH of all group were indistinguishable.The results indicated that all tested enzyme can improve local cattle grow.The economic benefit was better.
