根据临床症状,剖检变化,实验室检查包括镜检、琼脂平板试验、生化培养试验、药敏试验、PCR鉴定等实验确诊羔羊疫病为梭状芽孢杆菌B型魏氏梭菌引起的羔羊痢疾,同时对该病提出防制措施。

This thesis gives an intruduction about clinical symptom,dissection symptom,lab inspection and prevention of lamb dysentery.The pathogeny is Clostridium perfringens B by Identification of microscope,agar slab and biologic chemistry experimentation,Kirby-Baueer Dise Diffusion and PCR.
